Section 57(6)(a) in The Burdwan University Act, 1981.

(a)The Burdwan University (Temporary Supersession) Act, 1978 (hereinafter referred to in this sub-section as the said Act), shall stand repealed with effect, from the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette.
