Section 6(ii) in Bihar Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1974
(ii)Persons aggrieved by the order of a licensing authority under sub-rule (i) shall have a right of [appeal] [See notification under Rule 9.] against such order to the State Government or any person or authority specially appointed by the State Government for the purpose.
