Section 10 in The Delhi Technological University Act, 2009
10. Visitor of the University.
(1)The President of the Republic of India shall be the Visitor of the University.(2)Any dispute arising between the University and any other University established by law in Delhi, may be referred to the Visitor whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
