5. Tolls to be paid on lines of navigation subject to Act.
- Tolls at such rates as shall be fixed in manner hereinafter mentioned shall be paid in respect of all vessels entering upon, or passing along any of the lines of navigation subject to the provisions of this Act.Proviso. - Provided that such tolls shall be payable only so long as such line of navigation shall be open.
