Section 19(3) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Rules, 2004
(3)A Corporation employee may retire from service at any time after completing thirty years of qualifying service or on attaining the age of fifty years by giving a notice in writing to the Corporation at least three months before the date on which such employee desires to retire.
