Section 28 in The Indian Red Cross Society (Bengal Branch) Act, 1920
28. Representation on Indian Red Cross Society. - The Managing Body may, from time to time, appoint one or more members of the Society to represent the Society at meetings of the Indian Red Cross Society or to serve on Committees convened by that Society for the consideration of objects which concern the Society, and may sanction all reasonable expenditure for such purposes.
