Section 43(i) in Table of Reductions and Remissions of Court-fees made by the Governor in Council for the (State) of the Punjab
(i)To direct that in appeal against an order under Order 21, rule 50(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, adjudging a person as a partner of a firm against whom a decree is being executed, the fee shall be the same as in a declaratory suit namely, Rupees ten, (nineteen and fifty paise vide Act XIX of 1957) if the fee otherwise payable exceeds that amount.
