Section 3(1) in The Navy (Enrolment) Regulations, 1965
(1)The Enrolment Form (I.N.-441) set forth in the Appendix with such variations, as the circumstances of each case may require, shall be used for the purpose of enrolment in the Indian Navy, and if used, shall be sufficient; but a deviation from such form shall not by reason only of such deviation, render invalid any enrolment or any proceedings under these regulations.
