Section 31(1) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Opening of Public Carriage for Passengers) Rules, 2011
(1)The operation of signaling gears shall be from a panel or Video Display Unit or key board or any other approved means enabling operation of routes and also individual operation of points and signals.
