(1)Registration of Marriages among the Mohammedans shall be made within a period of thirty days.(2)any party to the marriage contravening the provisions of sub-rule (1) shall submit the application for registration of marriage or divorce after the period of thirty days on payment of penalty of rupees twenty five.]
