Section 37(2) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963
(2)Every Market Committee shall, out of the Market Fund, pay, within two months from the date of expiry of the previous market year, to the State Agricultural Marketing Board an annual contribution at such rate, not exceeding ten per cent of its gross annual income for the previous market year, and in such manner as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify from time to time and, having regard to the finances of a Market Committee or class or classes of Market Committees, different rates may be specified for different Market committees or class or classes of Market Committees.
