                                  Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
                     seeking for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the
                     respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent
                     and direct the 4th respondent to issue fresh notification including the
                     unapproved plots in the Sevugampatti Town Panchayat, Nilakkottai
                     Taluk, Dindigul District.

                                                           ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent and direct the 4th respondent to issue fresh notification including the unapproved plots in the Sevugampatti Town Panchayat, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. This writ petition has been filed in the year 2016. Thereafter, the First Bench of this Court has passed an order imposing ban on the registration of unapproved plots. Based on that order, unapproved plots are not registered by the Registration Department. The Government has also issued G.Os. to regularize unapproved plots by charging some penalty.

3. In view of the subsequent development, this writ petition is closed as no further orders could be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
