Section 45 in Selected Statutes (Statutes framed under the Bombay University Act, 1914)

For purposes of representation of one-third of the representatives of Trusts and Societies managing the Non-Government Colleges, under the provisions of section 20(B)(xvi) of the Act, the six groups of Trusts and Societies, viz. A, B, C, D, E and F shall be formed as shown in detail in Appendix II. For the first year, the representatives of the Trust and Societies managing non-government Colleges in A and B groups shall be the members of the Senate. The allotment of seats of the representatives for the succeeding years shall be in the manner shown below :-| Groups B and C | Second year |
