Section 16(3)(c) in The M.P. Foreigners (Arrest and Conditions of Detention or Confinement) Order, 1974

(c)Where in the opinion of the Superintendent any other matter in such newspaper or periodical is unsuitable, on grounds of public interest and safety, such matter shall be deleted before the newspaper or the periodical is delivered to the internee.
