Section 13(1) in Kerala Self Financing Professional Colleges (Prohibition of Capitation Fees and Procedure for Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2004
(1)The Government may by notification in the Gazette, make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
