Section 164(2) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(2)Duties and responsibilities of the responsible person referred to in sub-rule(l) shall include -(a)to carry out smoothly such excavation or tunneling work;(b)to inspect and rectify any hazardous situation relating to such excavation or tunneling work;(c)to take remedial measures to avoid any unsafe practice or conditions relating to such excavation or tunneling work.
