The High Court Of Madhya Pradesh
WP No.11153 of 2021
(RITESH KUMAR GOYAL Vs HONBALE HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS)
Jabalpur, Dated : 09-02-2022
Heard through Video Conferencing.
Shri Shreyas Dubey, learned counsel for petitioner.
Shri Anshuman Singh, learned counsel for respondents/State.
I.A. No.1475/2022 has been filed by the employer-respondent seeking clarification of the order dated 05.07.2021 by which while permitting the petitioner to appear in the main examination of Civil Judge Class-II (Entry Level), this court restrained the examining body from declaring the result.
The respondent has thus prayed that the order of restraining the respondents from declaring the result should be restricted to the result of the petitioner only.
This court after hearing the learned counsel for rival parties is inclined to allow IA No.1475/2022.
The interim order passed on 05.07.2021 is modified to the extent that the restraint contained in the said order would only apply in respect of declaration of the result of petitioner and not qua the other candidates who had appeared in the examination in question and are not before this Court.
Urgency is expressed by learned counsel for the petitioner. List the matter on 23rd or 24th of February, 2022.
