Section 6(1) in Tamil Nadu Compulsory Censorship of Film Publicity Materials Act, 1987
(1)The Publicity Materials Censor Officer shall examine the publicity material submitted under section 5 and place the publicity material together with his recommendations, if any, before the Board for its consideration.
