Section 37 in Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi Act, 2007
37. Transitional Provisions.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act and the Statutes, the first Board of Governors shall be nominated by the Chancellor and shall hold office for a term of three years.
