Section 4(4) in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014
(4)Where the Chairperson is unable to discharge his functions owing to absence, illness, death, resignation or any other cause or where any vacancy occurs in the office of the Chairperson, any Member nominated by the Chairperson on his behalf, shall exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the Chairperson.
