Section 36 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
36. Manner of voting at election.
(1)At every election, where a poll is to be taken votes shall be given by ballot in the manner hereinafter provided and no votes shall be received by proxy.(2)Every elector for a traders' constituency shall have as many votes as there are members to be elected in the constituency but he shall not have more than one vote per candidate. Every elector in weighman and measurer constituencies shall have only one vote.
