(2)For holding the election, the employer shall also fix a date which shall not be earlier than three days and later than fifteen days after the closing date for receiving nominations [and shall specify an officer of the establishment not below the rank of Head of Department or section or shop, as the case may be, to conduct the elections.] [Inserted vide Punjab Government Notification No. GSR 40/C.A. 14/47/Section 38/Amd.
