Section 163 in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
163. Scholarship holders not eligible for any fee concession.
(1)Students who hold scholarships shall not be eligible for exemption from the payment of any fee except where such exemption becomes necessary in the very special circumstances of the case, and in such a case no such exemption shall be made except with the previous sanction of the Director.(2)Nothing in sub-rule (1) shall apply to students belonging to the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.
