Section 6(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Roadside Land Control Act, 1968
(1)Every person desiring to obtain the permission referred to in section 5 shall make an application in writing to the Collector in such form and containing such information in respect of the building,excavation means of access, motor-fuel-filling station era bus-queue shelter to which the application relates, as may be prescribed.
