Section 46(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)The Director or any officer authorised by the Government in this behalf shall conduct annual inspection of the office of every market committee. The inspection questionnaire shall be in the form as may be specified by the Government, from time to time. The Government shall review the annual inspection report submitted by the Director or Officer in this sub-rule.
