Section 133(4) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
(4)All regulations made under the proviso to sub-section (2) by the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] shall be laid for not less than Fourteen days before each House of the Legislature as soon as possible after they are made, and shall be subject to such modifications, whether by way of repeal or amendment as the Legislative Assembly may make during the session in which they are so laid.
