Section 19 in Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008
19. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the Chairman or other member or officer or servant of the Tribunal for anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order or regulation made thereunder.
