Section 13(d) in The Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Power Transmission System) Act, 1994
(d)fails to deliver to the Corporation or any person or body of persons specified by that Corporation, any assets, books of account, registers or other documents in his possession, custody or control relating to the pnwer transmission system of the company, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years and also with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
