FINAL ORDER
FACTS:
1. The appellant sought information on grant of CDA for the period 25.10.2010 to 06.10.2014. CPIO replied that the Regional Office, S.K. Region, Bangalore did not agreed to grant the CDA to the appellant. FAA vide his Order dated 24.09.2015 stated that grant of CDA for the retrospective period cannot be made and the action to grant CDA does not come under RTI Act, 2005. Being dissatisfied, the appellant approached this Commission.
Decision :
2. The CPIO explained that the appellant was not granted for combined duty allowance for the backdated period i.e., 25.10.2010 to 06.10.2014. In first appeal, he was again requesting the grant of combined duty allowance which cannot be done under RTI Act and on this ground the first appeal was rejected.
In the instant second appeal also, the appellant was requesting the same. After perusing the records, the Commission finds that sufficient information was provided to the appellant. Disposed of.
