47. Enforcement of order.
- Orders made under section 44 shall, on application, be enforced as follows:-(a)when made by a liquidator, by a civil court having local jurisdiction, in the same manner as a decree of such court; and(b)when made by the court on appeal, in the same manner as a decree of that court.
