12A. [ Director of the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research. [Section 12A inserted by Gujarat No. 30 of 2003, dated 19th September 2003.]
- The Director of the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research shall be a whole time salaried officer. He shall be appointed by the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research in accordance with the Regulations and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be determined by such Regulations.
