Section 1 in Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (Contempt of Tribunal Proceeding) Rules, 1987
1. Title.
- (i) These rules shall be called "The Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (Contempt of Tribunal Proceedings) Rules, 1987".(ii)They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Karnataka Gazette.
