The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying as follows:
"The Applicant/Respondent no. 1 prays before this Hon'ble Court under Section 151 of CPC humbly seeking direction to the Directorate of Education, GNCTD, having taken over the school w.e.f. 10.05.2023, after the approval from Hon'ble LG, GNCTD, looking after the administration of the school, to permit the applicant/Respondent no. 1 to join the service during the pendency of the present writ petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant herein;
Alternately prays before this Hon'ble Court for early adjudication of the present writ petition, as the pendency of the present writ petition has been causing grave prejudice to the applicant/Respondent no. 1 in the light of aforementioned facts and circumstances or pass any other order deem fit by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."
