1. The present application has been filed by applicant/defendant No.5 seeking substitution of defendant No.5, i.e. Twitter International Unlimited Company, with Twitter, Inc. from the array of parties.

2. Notice issued.

3. Learned counsel for plaintiffs accepts notice. Since the application has relevance between plaintiffs and defendant No.5, notice is not issued to CS(OS) 27/2019 Page 1 of 2 remaining non-applicants.

4. Learned counsel for plaintiffs submits that she has no objection if the present application is allowed.

5. In view of above, present application is allowed and defendant No.5, Twitter International Unlimited Company, is substituted with Twitter, Inc. in the array of parties.

6. Amended memo of parties be filed before the next date of hearing.

7. Application stands disposed of.

8. The prayer made in the present application is same as in I.A.669/2022.

9. In view of order passed in I.A.669/2022, the present application has become infructuous.
