The appointment of a Government servant as the Secretary or Assistant Secretary or Marketing Inspector of a Market Committee on a Foreign service terms shall be in accordance with the conditions laid down in Fundamental Rules (110 to 127) and the contributions towards leave salary and pension due in respect of a Government servant shall be paid by the Market Committee concerned.
