(5)Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions contained in sub-paragraph (1), the registering authority may, by order, specify the requirements with regard to the packing, marking and labeling of packages of milk product of any specified type or description, whether such milk product is manufactured in India or not, and every manufacturer or person authorised by him shall be bound to comply with the provisions of such order.
