ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 not to grant any license or permit to the fourth respondent for setup a fire cracker unit adjacent to the petitioner's land, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2025
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.04.2025, and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5, and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
