Section 23(b) in U.P. Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 2016
(b)in sub-section (1), as so re-numbered, -(i)in clause (b), for the words "respective interests" the words "respective interests including shares" shall be substituted;(ii)in Hindi version, in clause (b), for the words ^^ nkf;Roksa ;k 'krsZ] the words ^^nkf;Ro ;k 'krsZ] shall be substituted;(iii)in clause (d), for the words "State Government, Gram Sabha" the words "State Government, Central Government, Gram Panchayat" shall be substituted.
