Section 14(1) in The M.P. Upcharika, Prasavika, Sahai Upcharika Prasavika Tatha Swasthya Paridarshak Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1972
(1)The Council shall cause to be maintained in the prescribed manner a register of,-(i)Nurses,(ii)Midwives,(iii)Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives, and(iv)Health Visitors,resident in Madhya Pradesh who are eligible for enrolment under Section 15 to be known as State Register.
