312A. Power to prohibit re-erection of building on inaccessible sites.
- If any building so situate as to be inaccessible to a fire-engine or as to cause obstruction to a fire-engine from reaching other buildings is demolished or destroyed by fire or otherwise, the Commissioner may by a notice in writing addressed to the owner of the building demolished or destroyed as aforesaid, direct that no building shall be erected which would be inaccessible to a fire-engine or which would cause obstruction to a fire-engine from reaching other buildings.(2)No person shall erect or re-erect any building in contravention of a notice under sub-section (1).
