Section 12(3) in Jammu and Kashmir Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018
(3)The State Legal Services Authority constituted under the Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authorities Act, 1997 shall make provisions including reasonable accommodation to ensure that persons with disabilities have access to any scheme, programme, facility or service offered by them equally with others.
