1. When the matter is called out, Mr. Singh, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that under the award dated 17 th October, 2025, Rs. 238,66,22,820/- together with further interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of the award, has been directed to be paid by the Respondent to the Applicant and that since no payment has been received, the execution proceedings have been taken out. That this Court may direct deposit of the said amount in this Court in terms of prayer Clause (a) to the Application and direct disclosure in terms of prayer Clause (b) to the Application.

IAL 5361-26 in EXAL 3097-26.doc Development Authority and submits that the award under the execution has been challenged by filing Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the Arbitration Court has granted circulation on 6th April, 2026 and that this Court may grant time till hearing on 6th April, 2026 after, which this Court may pass the orders.
3. List on 20th April, 2026.
4. Let objections to the Interim Application as well as to the Execution Application be removed and registered numbers be obtained by the next date.
