Section 63(1) in High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2005
(1)Every petition in format prescribed (schedule) shall state succinctly the relevant facts in order to enable the Court to determine whether a proceeding in the nature of Public Interest Litigation shall be initiated/entertained. The petition shall contain a concise statement indicating the nature of the interest of the petitioner in the case and about his competence to be placed in charge of the carriage of the proceeding. The petition shall also contain a statement whether any petition has earlier been moved in this Court relating to the same cause and, if so, with what result.
