Section 4(1) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(1)Any person intending to carry out any new or additional water borne sanitary installations or any new or additional drainage works within any building or site shall make an application in writing to the committee in form A (in duplicate) accompanied by the plans mentioned below, prepared and signed by an architect. The plan will also be signed by the applicant.
