Section 4(1) in The Orissa Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2004
(1)Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute from time to time, a Committee under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary known as the State Level Single Window Clearance Authority hereinafter in this Section, referred to as the said Authority consisting of such other ex officio members as may be specified therein.
