Section 55 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
55. Delegation of powers of the Board -
The Board of Management may, by statutes made in this behalf, delegate to any Officer or Authority of the University any of the powers conferred on it by or under this Act, to be exercised by such Officer or Authority, subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in suchStatutes.
