Section 25(1) in The M.P. Anusuchit Jan Jati Sahukar Viniyam, 1972
(1)Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of these Regulations or any rule made thereunder or of any terms or conditions of a licence granted thereunder or makes a claim or a statement or furnishes a declaration which is false or which he does not believe to be true shall, if no other penalty is elsewhere provided for in these Regulations for such contravention, be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to one thousand and five hundred rupees or with both.Explanation. - The suspension or cancellation of a licence under Section 21 shall not be deemed to be a penalty for the purpose of this sub-section.
