Section 86(1) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(1)Every notice or order issued or made under this Act, the rules or bye-laws be served on any person by properly addressing it to the last known place of residence or business of such person by registered post with acknowledgment due letter containing the notice or order :[Provided that a notice relating to a meeting called by a co-operative society shall be issued under certificate of posting and/or be issued by hand delivery after obtaining acknowledgment of the receipt thereof.] [Substituted by M.P.
