(4)(a)Every trough and basin shall have a smooth, impervious surface, and shall be fitted with a waste pipe and plug.(b)The floor or ground under and in the immediate vicinity of every trough, tap, jet, wash basin, stand pipe and shower shall be so laid or finished as to provide a smooth impervious surface and shall be adequately drained.
