Section 16(2)(iv) in Punjab Privately Managed Recognised Schools Employees (Security of Service) Act, 1979

(iv)on the constitution of the School Tribunal under this Act, all appeals which could not be decided under sub-clause (iii) shall stand transferred to the said Tribunal and be decided by it under the provision of this Act and rules made thereunder.
